螺旋方铜管风口采用10kg/cm~2左右高压水强化冷却,已在包钢高炉上获得推广使用,其平均工作寿命比空腔式结构的铸铜风口高七倍,但还存在着破损后往炉缸内漏水等问题。为解决这些问题,设计了几种特殊结构的螺旋管风口,其平均工作寿命在原有基础上又提高1~3倍(为70~100天)。本文将简介这种风口冷却参数和传热能力的设计计算。
The spiral copper tube tuyere is strengthened with high pressure water of about 10kg / cm ~ 2 and has been widely used in the blast furnace of Baotou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.
