本文报导Na_2EDTA对尖吻蝮蛇毒的局部出血及致死效应的影响。实验表明Na_2EDTA与尖吻蝮蛇毒混合37℃温孵30分钟对5.2个小白鼠皮下注射的半数致死量(LD_(50))的尖吻蝮蛇毒有完全保护作用,对16.6个LD_(50)仍有显著的保护效果。对小鼠和家兔的实验治疗(皮下注毒后,局部浸润注射给药)均显示出有非常显著的疗效。观察Na_2EDTA与尖吻蝮蛇毒体外混合温孵后对其局部症状的对抗效应说明,2.5×10~(-4)M的EDTA可完全对抗40μg/ml尖吻蝮蛇毒的局部出血活性;2.5×10~(-2)MEDTA可部分对抗40微克尖吻蝮蛇毒增加毛细血管通透作用。在注毒局部皮下立即浸润注入Na_2EDTA可显著减轻局部出血、坏死等症状。CaNa_2EDTA则无对抗尖吻蝮蛇毒的效应。
This article reports the effect of Na_2EDTA on the local bleeding and lethal effects of Agkistrodon halysii.
