事业单位改革的深入,专业技术人才在地勘行业中越来越成为重要资源和主导力量。由于专业技术人才的特殊性,对专业技术人才的激励除了金钱以外,更重要的是其成长、自主和成就。从专业技术人才的特点和激励因素出发,提出了应从物质激励和非物质激励两方面激励专业技术人才的有效策略。
Institutional reform in-depth, professional and technical personnel in the geological survey industry has increasingly become an important resource and leading force. Due to the special nature of professional and technical personnel, the motivation of professional and technical personnel is, besides money, more importantly, its growth, autonomy and achievement. Based on the characteristics and motivation factors of professional and technical personnel, this paper put forward an effective strategy of motivating professional and technical personnel from both material and non-material incentive.
