目的:评价手术显微镜及超声技术处理后牙弯曲钙化根管的临床疗效。方法:选取后牙弯曲钙化根管126个,在手术显微镜下超声去除髓腔及根管中上段钙化组织,CC+锉结合EDTA凝胶逐步疏通根管。结果:疏通弯曲钙化根管83个,根管疏通率65.87%。根管钙化的部位不同导致根管疏通率有统计学差异,上下颌间及不同牙位间疏通率的差异无统计学意义。结论:手术显微镜联合超声技术对于后牙弯曲钙化根管疏通有效、快速。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of surgical microscope and ultrasound in the treatment of postoperative calcified calcified root canal. Methods: 126 calcified root canal calcaneal teeth were selected, and the medullary cavity and middle and upper root canal calcification tissue were removed by operation microscope. The root canal was dredged with CC + file and EDTA gel. Results: 83 open curved calcified root canal, root canal dredging rate of 65.87%. Root canal calcification of different parts lead to root canal dredging rate was statistically significant difference between upper and lower jaw and different teeth between the dredging rate was not statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: Surgical microscope combined with ultrasound is effective and rapid for root canal calcification.
