目的探讨标本溶血对临床检验结果的影响以及相应的解决方法。方法选取在我院门诊2014年6月至2014年10月查体的受检者50例,随机分组法分为观察组(溶血标本组)和对照组(未溶血标本组)各25人,使用全自动生化分析仪对两组标本的十五项指标(直接胆红素、总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总蛋白、肌酸激酶、尿素氮、白蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酐、尿酸、总胆固醇、葡萄糖、三酰甘油及血钾)的含量作检测,对两组进行对比得出相应的结论,并做统计学分析。结果溶血标本中的总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶及血钾测定的含量值相对于未溶血标本相应的指标含量明显升高(P<0.05);溶血标本中的尿酸、葡萄糖相对于未溶血标本明显降低(P<0.05);溶血标本和未溶血标本的尿素氮、白蛋白、直接胆红素三酰甘油肌酐总胆固醇的测定含量相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论标本发生溶血会对临床的检验结果产生较大的影响,干扰检验结果的准确性,因此应采取相应的对策尽量减少标本溶血现象的发生,以保证检验结果的准确性。
Objective To investigate the influence of specimen hemolysis on clinical test results and corresponding solutions. Methods Fifty patients were selected from outpatients in our hospital from June 2014 to October 2014. The patients were randomly divided into observation group (Hemolysis group) and control group (Hemolysis group) Automatic biochemical analyzer on the two groups of 15 indicators (direct bilirubin, total bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, total protein, creatine kinase, urea nitrogen, albumin, lactate dehydrogenase, Creatinine, uric acid, total cholesterol, glucose, triglyceride and serum potassium) were detected in the two groups were compared to draw the corresponding conclusions and do statistical analysis. Results The levels of total bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, total protein, lactate dehydrogenase and serum potassium in hemolysis samples were significantly higher than those in non-hemolysis samples (P <0.05) The contents of uric acid and glucose in samples were significantly lower than those in non-hemolysis samples (P <0.05). The contents of urea nitrogen, albumin, direct bilirubin, triacylglycerol creatinine and total cholesterol in hemolysis and non-hemolysis samples were not significantly different (P> 0.05). Conclusion Hemolysis of specimens will have a greater impact on clinical test results and interfere with the accuracy of test results. Therefore, corresponding measures should be taken to minimize the occurrence of hemolysis in specimens to ensure the accuracy of test results.
