利用SSR标记研究了22份薏苡种质的遗传多样性,用11对扩增带型稳定的SSR引物从供试材料中检测出105个等位基因变异,每对引物检测等位基因4~20个,平均9.55个。SSR引物的PIC介于0.3048~0.9238,平均多态性信息量为0.8255。利用UPGMA聚类分系法将供试自交系划分为4类,该划分结果与根据地理来源、种质系谱的分类结果基本一致。SSR分子标记辅助的种质改良是薏苡品种改良的重要途径。
The genetic diversity of 22 accessions of Coix asiatica was studied using SSR markers. Eleven pairs of amplified SSR primers were used to detect 105 alleles from the tested cultivars. Each pair of primers detected alleles 4 to 20 An average of 9.55. The PIC of SSR primers ranged from 0.3048 to 0.9238, and the average amount of polymorphic information was 0.8255. The UPGMA clustering method was used to classify the inbred lines into four groups. The results of the classification were basically the same as the classification results based on geographical origin and germplasm genealogy. SSR molecular marker-assisted germplasm improvement is an important way to improve Coix varieties.
