为解决掘进机操作者易疲劳的问题,在介绍了人体振动舒适性理论基础上,结合国际标准ISO 2631的要求,对某型号掘进机的现有座椅进行了振动测试,将振动加速度均方根值与人的主观感觉和掘进机振动舒适性联系起来,以舒适性降低限为评价标准,得到了现有刚性结构座椅,极易导致人体疲劳的结论。鉴于此,设计出了新款减震座椅,同样对其进行相同试验,试验结果表明,新款座椅舒适度较原座椅有显著提高。
In order to solve the problem of fatigue of boring machine operator, this paper introduced the theory of human body vibration comfort and combined with the requirements of international standard ISO 2631, tested the vibration of the existing seat of a boring machine, The root value is related to the subjective feeling of human and the vibration comfort of roadheader, and the comfort reduction is limited to the evaluation standard. The conclusion is obtained that the existing rigid structure seat can easily lead to human fatigue. In view of this, the design of a new shock-absorbing seat, also carried out the same test, the test results show that the new seat comfort than the original seat significantly improved.
