本文提出一种适用于有机相中萃合物聚合度变化的萃取体系机理研究的数据处理方法,对二烷基磷(膦)酸从硫酸介质中萃取Ti(Ⅳ)进行了研究。在低酸度范围(CH_2SO_4<2.8mol/L),得到阳离子交换机理,三种萃取剂对应的萃合物分别为:HDFHP,(Ti(OH)_2A_2)_3;HEHEHP,(Ti(OH)_2A_2)_2Ti(OH)_2·2HSO_4·2HA;HDTMPP,二聚体Ti(OH)_2A_2·Ti(OH)_2·H_2SO_4A及单聚体Ti(OH)_2A_2·2HA和Ti(OH)_2HSO_4A·2HA。在高酸度范围(CH_2SO_4>2.8mol·/L)得到溶剂化机理,对应萃合物为:HDEHP,Ti(OH)_22HSO_4·2HA)_3·(Ti(OH)_2A_2;HEHEHP,(TI(OH)_22HSO_4·2HA)_4;HDTMPP,二聚体(Ti(OH)_22HSO_4·2HA)_2及单聚体Ti(OH)_22HSO_4·2HA。并计算了表观平衡常数。
In this paper, we propose a data processing method suitable for the extraction mechanism of organic compounds with varying degree of polymerization. The extraction of Ti (Ⅳ) from sulfuric acid medium by dialkylphosphoric acid was studied. In the low acidity range (CH_2SO_4 <2.8mol / L), the cation exchange mechanism was obtained. The extractants corresponding to the three extractants were HDFHP, (Ti (OH) _2A_2) _3, HEHEHP, HDTMPP, dimer Ti (OH) _2A_2 · Ti (OH) _2 · H_2SO_4A and monomeric Ti (OH) _2A_2 · 2HA and Ti (OH) _2HSO_4A · 2HA. In the high acidity range (CH_2SO_4> 2.8mol ··L -1), the solvation mechanism was obtained. The corresponding compounds were HDEHP, Ti (OH) _22HSO_4 · 2HA) _3 · (Ti HDTMPP, dimer (Ti (OH) _22HSO_4 · 2HA) _2 and monomeric Ti (OH) _22HSO_4 · 2HA. The apparent equilibrium constants were also calculated.
