采用正交试验法系统地研究了曝光量、窄带滤光片中心波长、焊接电流对CO_2焊过程中由CCD相机获取的熔池附近区域图像灰度值的影响程度,采用最小二乘法分别拟合了熔池附近区域图像平均灰度值与曝光量、焊接电流的关系曲线。结果表明,对熔池附近区域图像灰度值的影响程度由大到小的次序为曝光量、窄带滤光片中心波长、焊接电流。随着曝光量和焊接电流的增大,由CCD相机获取的熔池附近区域图像灰度值均增大。
The effects of exposure, narrow-band filter center wavelength and welding current on the grayscale value of the image of the area near the weld pool captured by the CCD camera during CO_2 welding were systematically studied by using the orthogonal experiment method. The average gray value of the area near the weld pool and exposure, welding current curve. The results show that the order of the influence degree of the grayscale value in the area near the weld pool is the exposure amount, the center wavelength of the narrowband filter and the welding current. With the increase of exposure and welding current, the grayscale value of the image near the weld pool increased by CCD camera.
