以大白菜“丰抗70”为试材,筛选既能提高其品质又能减少重金属累积的鸡粪利用方式,以复合肥(T1)为对照,采用随机区组试验研究了鸡粪(T2),鸡粪、锯末、粉煤灰堆肥(T3),鸡粪、锯末堆肥(T4)对大白菜品质及重金属含量的影响。结果表明,施用鸡粪的T2、T3、T4处理的大白菜可溶性糖、粗纤维和粗蛋白(T2除外)含量较对照平均增加15.6%、20.3%、18.7%,硝酸盐含量明显下降,平均幅度达14.8%;Cd、As含量比对照有较大幅度的增加。在3种鸡粪处理中,T3、T4处理的可溶性糖含量、粗蛋白含量较T2高,硝酸盐、粗纤维含量较T2低,T3、T4处理间则差异不明显;Pb、Cd、As的含量均以T3最低,较T4和T2分别下降14.8%、16.1%、20.5%和21.7%、26.2%、27.6%。根据试验结果,认为施用掺入粉煤灰进行堆沤的鸡粪(T3)不仅能减少大白菜对重金属的累积,还能实现其品质的最优化。
Taking Chinese cabbage “Feng-70” as test material, the chicken manure utilization mode that can both improve the quality and reduce the heavy metal accumulation was screened. According to the test results, it is considered that applying manure (T3) mixed with fly ash to piling up can not only reduce heavy metal accumulation in Chinese cabbage, but also optimize its quality.
