目的观察血清MG7-Ags、IL-6R、VEGF在中晚期胃癌患者介入干预前后水平变化。方法选择中晚期胃癌患者50例,其中介入干预30例,静脉化疗20例,化疗药物选用5-氟脲嘧啶、亚叶酸钙及草酸铂,分别在干预前、干预后2周、干预后4周,清晨空腹留取静脉血5 ml,室温下静置半小时,再3 000 r/min离心10 min,留取血清进行检测,MG7-Ags、IL-6R、VEGF的测定采用ELISA法。结果介入干预组中MG7-Ags、IL-6R的水平呈下降趋势,在干预后4周、干预后2周与干预前比较均有显著性差异,干预后4周与干预后2周比较亦有显著性差异,VEGF的水平在干预后2周较干预前有所增高,但干预后4周却是下降的,比较差异有显著性;静脉化疗组中MG7-Ag、VEGFs、IL-6呈下降趋势,干预后4周与干预前比较均有显著性差异,其中只有sIL-6R干预后4周与干预后2周比较有显著性差异,而MG7-Ag、VEGF干预后4周与干预后2周无显著性差异;介入干预组中MG7-Ag、VEGFs、IL-6R的水平变化较静脉化疗组明显,两组组间比较均有显著性差异(分别为F=4.356,P=0.042<0.05、F=4.078,P=0.049<0.05,F=4.389,P=0.041<0.05)。结论通过对中晚期胃癌患者动脉介入干预前后血清MG7-Ags、IL-6R、VEGF动态观察,上述三项指标在干预后均有变化,但介入干预组中MG7-Ag、VEGFs、IL-6R的水平变化较静脉化疗组明显,故MG7-Ags、IL-6R、VEGF可作为评估胃癌干预疗效及预后的一个重要参考指标。
Objective To observe the changes of serum levels of MG7-Ags, IL-6R and VEGF in patients with advanced gastric cancer before and after intervention. Methods Fifty patients with advanced gastric cancer were enrolled in this study. Interventional intervention was given in 30 cases and intravenous chemotherapy in 20 cases. Chemotherapy drugs were 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin and oxaliplatin. Before intervention, 2 weeks after intervention, 4 weeks after intervention In the early morning, 5 ml of venous blood was collected in an empty stomach and allowed to stand for half an hour at room temperature. After centrifugation at 3,000 rpm for 10 minutes, the serum was collected for detection. The levels of MG7-Ags, IL-6R and VEGF were measured by ELISA. Results The levels of MG7-Ags and IL-6R in interventional intervention group showed a decreasing trend. There were significant differences in the levels of MG7-Ags and IL-6R at 4 weeks after intervention and 2 weeks after intervention compared with those before intervention, 4 weeks after intervention and 2 weeks after intervention Significantly, the level of VEGF increased 2 weeks after intervention compared with that before intervention, but decreased 4 weeks after intervention, and the difference was significant.
