基于重庆电网电压控制的特殊要求和电厂自动电压控制(AVC)系统的一般配置,针对重庆电网运行方式复杂的特点,给出了变增益的AVC控制策略。具体方法包括防止通信中断的指令编码方式和在电网发生大变动时减小调节增益的方式。实验表明,给出的AVC控制策略切实可行,可从电厂的角度进一步保证电网的电压控制安全。
Based on the special requirements of Chongqing power grid voltage control and the general configuration of power plant automatic voltage control (AVC) system, aiming at the complicated operation mode of Chongqing power grid, AVC control strategy with variable gain is given. Specific methods include instruction code to prevent communication interruptions and ways to reduce regulatory gain when there is a major change in the grid. Experiments show that the proposed AVC control strategy is feasible and feasible, which can further ensure the voltage control safety of the power grid from the perspective of the power plant.
