在福建省闽江流域防洪工程南平段现有各防洪排涝设施的基础上,通过增加监测元件、控制及远传接口,建成了城区防洪动态监控管理及仿真系统。该系统可在集控指挥中心进行动态仿真模拟,实时监视流域范围内的水位和流量以及各防洪泵站、闸站的工作和运行情况,实现了远方集中调度及智能控制。
Based on the existing flood control and drainage facilities in the Nanping section of Minjiang River Basin Flood Control Project in Fujian Province, a dynamic monitoring and control system and a simulation system of urban flood control were established by adding monitoring components, control and remote interfaces. The system can carry out dynamic simulation in the centralized control command center, monitor the water level and flow in the river basin in real time, as well as the work and operation of flood control pump stations and gate stations, and realize centralized dispatching and intelligent control in the distance.
