由于全球经济化的迅速渗透,我国的经济体制不断得以完善与发展,相关企业单位等市场部门销售贸易的新型体质也逐渐形成,而其中最为突出的当为“大数据”的发展。为了适应瞬息万变的时代步伐,不断变革企业内部管理方式成为必不可少的需求,其中对大数据的应用进行优化和改革更是重要。但是纵览国内外企业的管理状况,我们就会发现这些企业的管理主要集中在产业结构、科技创新,而对企业大数据的管理体制缺乏必要的研究,从而导致了企业在大数据的理论与实践方面都知之甚少。本文将从大数据的特点及其在企业管理决策中的作用入手,分析企业内部大数据管理的现状,并结合其中存在的问题提出相应的可行措施。

In order to adapt to the ever-changing times, the continuous transformation of the internal management of enterprises has become an indispensable requirement. Among them, it is more important to optimize and reform the application of big data. However, an overview of the management of domestic and foreign enterprises, we will find that the management of these enterprises are mainly concentrated in the industrial structure, technological innovation, and lack of necessary management of corporate data management system, which led to the theory and practice of big data in enterprises Little is known about it. This article will start with the characteristics of big data and its role in enterprise management decision-making, analyze the status quo of big data management within the enterprise, and put forward corresponding feasible measures according to the existing problems.
