1985年12月3～5日,铁道部科技局在铁科院召开了由铁科院机辆所完成的《重载列车成套技术环行线牵引运行试验》、《103-1型货车空气分配阀》和《货车制动空重位自动调整器》等属于国家重载攻关项目的三个分项的部级鉴定。出席鉴定会的单位除铁道部有关局外,还有科研单位、大专院校、工厂和路局等。与会的专家、学者和工程技术人员共50余人。
