颌面间隙感染、齿槽感染、冠周炎是口腔常见病、多发病。以往用青霉素+甲硝唑为主治疗,我科从1997年初开始用克林霉素磷酸酯注射液治疗.疗效甚佳。 1 材料与方法 1.1 临床资料 80例是我科门诊和住院治疗者:颌面间隙感染11例、齿槽感染38例、冠周炎31例。男48例,女32例。年龄17岁～58岁,与以往随机抽样对应80例比较。 1.2 方法 10％葡萄糖注射液250ml+克林霉素磷酸酯注射液0.9,静脉滴注,qd。10％葡萄糖注射
Maxillofacial space infection, alveolar infection, pericoronitis is a common oral disease, frequently-occurring disease. In the past with penicillin + metronidazole-based treatment, our department started with clindamycin phosphate injection early in 1997. The effect is very good. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data 80 cases of our clinic and inpatient treatment: maxillofacial space infection in 11 cases, 38 cases of alveolar infection, pericoronitis in 31 cases. 48 males and 32 females. Aged 17 years to 58 years, compared with the previous random sample of 80 cases compared. 1.2 Methods 10% glucose injection 250ml + clindamycin phosphate injection 0.9, intravenous infusion, qd. 10% glucose injection
