设计了三种材质的超声波辐射器,并通过模态分析优化设计尺寸。同时,开展铝合金超声铸造实验测试了三种辐射器对熔体的耐腐蚀性和对凝固组织的细化效果。结果表明:当Ⅰ型钛合金、Ⅱ型钛合金、石墨辐射器的尺寸分别为134、132、74 mm时,它们与振动系统匹配最好;三种辐射器对铸锭组织均有细化效果,其中,Ⅱ型钛合金辐射器抗腐蚀性强,疲劳强度高,能够长时间连续工作,并具有稳定的细晶效果,可以应用于铝合金半连铸工艺。
Design three kinds of material ultrasonic radiator, and through the modal analysis to optimize the design size. At the same time, aluminum alloy ultrasonic casting experiments were carried out to test the corrosion resistance of the three kinds of radiators on the melt and the refining effect on the solidified structure. The results show that when the sizes of type Ⅰ titanium alloy, type Ⅱ titanium alloy and graphite radiator are 134, 132 and 74 mm respectively, they match the vibration system best; and the three kinds of radiators have thinning effect on the ingot structure , Of which, Ⅱ type titanium radiator corrosion resistance, high fatigue strength, can work continuously for a long time, and has a stable fine grain effect, can be applied to aluminum alloy semi-continuous casting process.
