对虎杖中白藜芦醇的提取及纯化工艺进行研究。通过考察多种因素,确定最佳纯化工艺。最佳检测波长305 nm,白藜芦醇质量浓度为1~6μg/m L时,吸光度与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,标准曲线为Y=0.111 3X+0.007 5,R2=0.999 4;最佳流速为1 m L/min,最大吸附量为5.25 mg/g湿树脂,洗脱剂乙醇体积分数为50%。纯化后白藜芦醇含量明显增加,纯化效果稳定。
The extraction and purification of resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum were studied. By examining various factors, the best purification process was determined. The best detection wavelength is 305 nm. When the mass concentration of resveratrol is 1~6μg/m L, the absorbance and mass concentration show a good linear relationship. The standard curve is Y=0.111 3X+0.007 5, R2=0.999 4; The flow rate was 1 m L/min, the maximum adsorption amount was 5.25 mg/g wet resin, and the eluent ethanol volume fraction was 50%. After purification, the content of resveratrol increased obviously and the purification effect was stable.
