历次震害表明,地震作用下屋顶上的塔楼地震反应强烈,常发生严重破坏,产生显著的“鞭梢效应”。而通常的设计方法往往无法模拟此类效应。本文结合月星环球博览中心复杂高层公建项目,采用等效粘滞阻尼比来考虑顶部钢塔楼和主体结构不同的阻尼耗能特性,通过整体和局部模型的对比,分别从阻尼比、动力特性、基底反力、顶部位移、高阶振型等方面分别研究了非比例阻尼及“鞭梢效应”对高层混合结构顶部钢塔楼地震反应的影响,为今后同类项目的抗震设计提供一定的参考和依据。
