目前,如何实现有效教学、提高教学效率已成为每一个教师和研究者积极思考探究的热点、焦点问题。什么是有效教学?如何才能实现有效教学?对这些问题的研究回答有利于教师通过有效教学行为促进学生最大限度地投入到学习中。目前主要从研究教学行为有效性标准和对教师角色行为的研究入手,除此之外,利用教育人类学中的人种志研究研究探讨也能实施有效教学。人种志研究在帮助从事少数民族地区二外教师追求有效教学方面有很大优势,它强调整体性视角,奉行参与观察和深度访谈,推崇反思精神都对二外有效教学的实现具有重要作用。
At present, how to realize effective teaching and improve teaching efficiency has become a hot spot and a focus issue for every teacher and researcher to actively think and explore. What is effective teaching? How can we achieve effective teaching? The study of these questions is conducive to teachers through effective teaching behavior to promote students to maximize the learning. At present, mainly from the study of the effectiveness of teaching standards and behavior of teachers to start with the study, in addition, the use of ethnography in education anthropology research and discussion can implement effective teaching. The study of ethnography has great advantages in helping secondary teachers in the ethnic minority areas to pursue effective teaching. It emphasizes that holistic perspective, participation in observation and in-depth interviews, and reflection on spirit of reflection all play an important role in the realization of two effective teaching methods.
