纵观跳跃项目的发展过程,大体经历了“力量型”和“速度型”两个不同类型的发展阶段。随着跳跃技术的发展和人们认识水平的不断提高,跳跃的训练方法也随之改进。跳跃成绩的提高与训练方法、手段的不断改进和提高是密不可分的。不管是以速度为核心的训练方法,还是以力量为核心的训练方法都促进了跳跃成绩质的飞跃。如何把力量训练和速度训练有机地结合起来是目前我们面临的亟待解决的问题。
Looking at the development process of the jumping project, generally experienced two different types of development stages of “power type” and “speed type”. With the development of jumping technology and people’s continuous improvement of awareness level, jump training methods also improve. The improvement of jumping performance and training methods, means of continuous improvement and improvement are inextricably linked. How to combine strength training and speed training organically is the urgent problem that we are facing now.
