花粉培养是把试管内的花药培养成一棵棵小植株。在植物有性繁殖中,一套雄性染色体与一套雌性染色体相结合,形成种子的双套染色体(称为二倍体)。由种子萌发成长的植株具有双亲染色体的遗传性状,这种有性繁殖方法确保植物的遗传多样性和物种的繁衍。然而它也给育种家改良作物设置了障碍。有性繁殖的二倍体植物的优良性状,必需经过长期艰苦的培育,才能在新品种体上如实表现出来和稳定地遗传下去。
Pollen culture is to test the anther culture into a single plant. In plant sexual reproduction, a set of male chromosomes is combined with a set of female chromosomes to form a double set of chromosomes called diploids. Plants germinated by the seeds have the genetic trait of the parents chromosomes and this method of sexual reproduction ensures the genetic diversity of plants and the multiplication of species. However, it also creates obstacles for breeders to improve crops. Good traits of sexual reproduction of diploid plants, must undergo long-term hard training, in order to accurately reflect the new varieties and stable genetic inheritance.
