Objective: To explore the cognitive changes in the three-dimensional space of soldiers in active service in the condition of lack of sleep, fatigue or fatigue. Methods: The DXC-V psychological evaluation instrument developed by the Medical Engineering Laboratory of the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics of the Fourth Military Medical University of the People’s Liberation Army was used to measure the performance of 22 troops fighters for four weeks in a continuous subjective fatigue self-rating scale (SSMOF) Rotation test. Results: There was a significant positive correlation between subjective fatigue scale and spatial rotation test (r = 0.446, P = 0.001). The total time 犤 basic state (4611.50 ± 336.86) min, fatigue state (8085.36 ± 421.51) min, fatigue not remission state (7041.90 ± 436.26) min 犦 correct number 犤 basic state: (16.09 ± 0.56), fatigue state :( 13.13 ± 0.89), the state of fatigue relief: (14.77 ± 0.77) months and the time for each question 犤 basic state: (284.55 ± 26.89) min, fatigue state: (467.81 ± 40.53) min, state of fatigue not remission : (407.82 ± 45.25) min 方Analysis of ANOVA showed that there were significant differences (F = 5.868 ~ 15.580, P <0.05) in the three levels of normal state, fatigue and fatigue. CONCLUSIONS: The warfighter’s space thinking ability will be greatly affected under the condition of lack of sleep or not enough rest. The troops should usually carry out targeted training to improve the anti-fatigue capability of the troops.
