劳动权是《宪法》赋予每个公民最基本的权利,有明确的法律条文进行规定。但对于精障碍患者来说,他们的劳动权利因为受到各方面因素的影响无法得到有效的保障。精神障碍患者本身属于社会中的弱势群体,如果他们的就业问题得不到及时的解决,会对他们自身的心理健康以及社会的安定产生不利的影响。因此建立起精神障碍患者劳动权利保障体系十分有必要。
The right to work is the most basic right conferred upon every citizen by the Constitution, and it is stipulated by specific legal provisions. However, for people with mental disorders, their labor rights can not be effectively guaranteed due to various factors. Patients with mental disorders belong to the disadvantaged groups in society. If their employment problems are not solved in time, they will adversely affect their own mental health and social stability. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish a labor rights protection system for patients with mental disorders.
