本文基于上海市“12331热线”在2012年和2013年1-3月份受理的网购食品投诉举报件进行分析,指出当前存在的问题,并针对如何加强互联网销售食品的监管提出建议。
This article analyzes the complaints about online food complaints received by Shanghai “12331 Hotline” in January 2012 and January-March 2013, points out the current problems and makes recommendations on how to strengthen the supervision over the sale of food on the Internet.
