基于2008年第二次全国经济普查服务业企业数据,本文把在华外资服务业企业的主营业务收入作为中国“商业存在”模式的服务进口,建立包含服务进口、就业人数等指标在内的6655家企业样本。通过对服务进口和性别就业比例的描述性统计可知,我国服务业企业存在明显的就业性别歧视现象。进一步的建模和回归分析发现,服务进口在一定程度上缓解了就业性别歧视;企业规模越小,员工的性别歧视越明显;企业是私有还是国有对性别歧视没有影响;员工中具有高学历的人数越多,女性比例越低,性别歧视越强。
Based on the data of enterprises in the service sector of the Second National Economic Census in 2008, this paper imports the main business income of foreign-funded service enterprises in China as the service of China “commercial existence ” mode, and establishes the index of service import, employment and other indicators 6655 business samples within. Through descriptive statistics on the ratio of service imports and gender employment, we can see that there are obvious gender discrimination in employment in service enterprises in our country. Further modeling and regression analysis found that the import of services mitigated the gender discrimination in employment to a certain extent; the smaller the scale of the enterprise, the more obvious the sex discrimination of employees; the enterprise whether private or state-owned had no effect on the gender discrimination; the highly educated employees The larger the number, the lower the proportion of women and the stronger gender discrimination.
