【目的/意义】“互联网+”时代,网络空间与人类社会的关系越来越密切,网络信息生态环境的稳定是人类正常生活和社会稳定的需要,也是新时代构建和谐社会的必要条件。优化网络信息生态系统有助于发挥网络信息生态系统的功能,优化信息资源配置,最大化满足用户信息需求。本文力图解决网络信息生态系统失衡问题,促进网络信息生态系统的稳定、可持续发展。提出网络信息生态系统的优化路径,为信息系统的改善提供理论基础。【方法/内容】运用系统分析法得知网络信息生态系统具备耗散结构特性,在该系统中存在着熵增现象,根据信息熵理论分析网络信息生态系统的运行,建立系统熵减模型,提出优化网络信息生态系统的路径。【结果/结论】归纳发现,信息是系统熵减的来源,得出网络信息生态系统良性发展的基本需求是构建有效信息的结论。
[Purpose / Significance] In the era of “Internet +”, the relationship between cyberspace and human society is getting closer and closer. The stability of the ecological environment of cyber-information is the need of normal life and social stability of human beings and the necessary condition for building a harmonious society in the new age . Optimize the network information ecosystem helps to play the function of network information ecosystem, optimize the allocation of information resources, to maximize the information needs of users. This article seeks to solve the problem of network information ecosystem imbalance and promote the stable and sustainable development of network information ecosystem. Put forward the optimization route of the network information ecosystem, and provide the theoretical basis for the improvement of the information system. 【Method / Content】 Using the method of system analysis, we know that the network information ecosystem has the characteristics of dissipative structure. In this system, there exists the phenomenon of entropy increase. According to the information entropy theory, the operation of network information ecosystem is analyzed. Optimize the path of network information ecosystem. 【Result】 The results show that information is the source of systematic entropy reduction, and the conclusion is drawn that the basic requirement of the healthy development of network information ecosystem is to construct effective information.
