随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,绩效考核逐渐的融入到了现代企业的薪酬分配中来,成为了薪酬分配的一个不容忽视的内容。本文针对薪酬分配中绩效考核的作用进行简要的分析,并提出以绩效考核来带动薪酬分配的科学性和合理性。
