在半导体光放大器中当光脉冲小于 10 ps时除了考虑线性增益饱和效应 ,还必须考虑超快增益压缩效应。本文用数值方法分析了超快增益压缩效应对 THz光非对称解复用器 (TOAD)的开关特性。经过细致的参数优化 ,采用 2 .5 ps控制光 ,可以克服开关窗的分裂效应 ,得到一个宽度为 2 .0 ps,消光比为13.7d B的开关窗。
In semiconductor optical amplifiers, when the light pulse is smaller than 10 ps, in addition to considering the linear gain saturation effect, the ultrafast gain compression effect must also be considered. In this paper, the switching characteristics of the THz optical asymmetric demultiplexer (TOAD) are analyzed by the numerical method. After careful parameter optimization, the control of light with 2.5 ps can overcome the splitting effect of the switch window, resulting in a switch window with a width of 2.0 ps and an extinction ratio of 13.7 dB.
