进行了低温液体火箭推进系统的液氧箱自生增压输送过程的模拟试验,专门设计加工了液氮箱增压输送模拟试验台,试验得出了液氮增压输送过程中温度、压力、流量的变化规律以及含饱和CO_2、H_2O的氮气通过过滤器时,对系统的流量和压降的影响。指出为保证低温流量计测量准确,必须重视在避免管路中出现两相流方面采取措施。试验结果表明,本试验装置能有效地进行合CO_2、H_2O(气)的氮气增压输送试验,保证了试验的圆满成功。
The simulating experiment of self-pressurization conveying process of liquid oxygen tank of cryogenic liquid rocket propulsion system was carried out, and the simulation test bed of pressurized transmission of liquid nitrogen tank was specially designed and processed. The temperature, pressure, flow rate And the influence of saturated CO_2 and H_2O on the flow and pressure drop of the system when it passes through the filter. Pointed out that in order to ensure the accurate measurement of low temperature flowmeter, attention must be paid to avoid the two-phase flow in the pipeline to take measures. The test results show that the experimental device can effectively carry out the pressurized transport of CO 2 and H_2O (nitrogen) to ensure the successful test.
