建立一种液相色谱质谱联用仪法(LC-MS)同时测定白酒中5种人工合成甜味剂(赛蜜、糖精钠、甜蜜素、阿斯巴甜、纽甜)。取白酒样品过0.45μm有机相滤膜,直接上机测定,结果表明:线性范围在0.1-2 mg/L时,R2>0.999;加标回收率在91.2%-98.4%范围内,相对标准偏差为0.9%-2.2%,6个平行加标样品的安赛蜜、糖精钠、甜蜜素、阿斯巴甜、纽甜的相对标准偏差(RSD%)均在3%以下。证实本方法选择性强、灵敏度高、准确可靠、简便快速,能够达到同时检测5种人工合成甜味剂的目的。
To establish a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method for the simultaneous determination of five artificial sweeteners in white spirit (saewee, sodium saccharinate, sodium cyclamate, aspartame, neotame). The liquor samples were filtered through a 0.45μm organic phase filter and measured directly on the machine. The results showed that R2> 0.999 when the linear range was 0.1-2 mg / L, the recoveries were within the range of 91.2% -98.4%, and the relative standard deviations 0.9% -2.2%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of acesulfame, saccharin sodium, cyclamate, aspartame and neotame in six parallel spiked samples were all below 3%. Confirmed the method of selective, high sensitivity, accurate and reliable, simple and quick, to achieve the purpose of simultaneous detection of five synthetic sweeteners.
