目的:分析军医大三年制学员心理健康状况及其特点和影响因素。方法:采用SCL-90临床自评量表,对其650名学员测试。结果:①军医大三年制学员心理健康水平总体上低于全国青年常模;在躯体化、敌对性、阳性项数3个方面显著低于地方院校大学生。②军医大三年制学员心理健康水平的变化表现出特征,其中,二年级水平最低,一年级次之,三年级最高。结论:军医大三年制学员的心理健康问题产生的主要原因是学习、生活不适应与自我角色期望过高的矛盾
Objective: To analyze the mental health status, characteristics and influencing factors of military junior medical students. Methods: SCL-90 clinical self-rating scale, its 650 students test. Results: ①The level of mental health of three-year junior college medical students was generally lower than that of the national youth; the level of somatization, hostility and number of positive items was significantly lower than that of local college students. ② The characteristics of mental health of three-year medical junior college students showed the characteristics of which the lowest was in the second grade, followed by the first grade and the third grade was the highest. Conclusion: The main reason for mental health problems of junior medical students in military three years is the contradiction between learning and life mismatch and excessive self-role expectations
