利用垂直平板培养技术评价了K326,云烟85,NC82,RG11和红花大金元5个不同烤烟品种耐低氮能力。试验表明:①在低氮胁迫下烤烟根系的数量、总根长、干重、总吸收面积及活性均明显降低;烤烟总根数、总根长、根重、总吸收面积及根活力与烤烟总吸氮量之间呈显著正相关(P<0.05);②不同烤烟品种对低氮胁迫的敏感性不同,云烟85和K326对低氮胁迫较为敏感;红花大金元对低氮胁迫的适应性较强,属耐低氮基因型;③低氮胁迫下根数、总根长、根系总吸收面积、根系活力下降幅度及根系MDA含量的上升均可用作为烤烟早期筛选耐低氮品种的参考指标。
The vertical plate culture technique was used to evaluate the low nitrogen tolerance of K326, Yunyan85, NC82, RG11 and Dahuayuan safflower five different varieties. The results showed that: ①The root number, total root length, dry weight, total absorption area and activity of flue-cured tobacco decreased significantly under low nitrogen stress. The total root number, total root length, root weight, total absorption area and root activity of flue- (P <0.05). ② The sensitivity of different flue-cured tobacco varieties to low nitrogen stress was different, and Yunyan 85 and K326 were more sensitive to low nitrogen stress. Low nitrogen tolerant genotypes. The number of roots, the total root length, the total root absorption area, the decrease of root vigor and the increase of MDA content in root system under low nitrogen stress were all used as early screening for low nitrogen tolerant varieties reference indicator.
