高职英语教学“培养”与“需求”严重脱节,必须加大改革力度:以学生为中心,以听力、口语教学为重点,培养和提高学生使用英语语言的能力。课程的评价与考核从一定程度上为教学安排指定了方向,必须改单一考试为多元评价,逐渐推行五大技能单项分级考核和综合文化素养的社会交际能力考核制度;结合专业、搞好校本教材建设,一方面增加提升学生口语、听力能力的教学内容。另一方面,根据不同的专业开发具有专业特色的英语教材;建立以职业需求为导向、以能力培养为中心、以应用为目的的新的教学体系,切实完成对学生英语基础知识教授及英语实践运用能力培养的英语教学任务。
