半固态浆料的制备是半固态加工技术的基础和关键。sin函数冷却法制备半固态金属浆料是一种新型半固态浆料制备方法。利用数值模拟技术,分析了半固态2A12金属浆料流经正弦波形通道时温度场的特点。研究表明,当低过热2A12铝合金熔液流经正弦波形通道时,熔液受到型壁激冷形核,同时液流受到正弦波形约束,发生强烈的自搅拌。
The preparation of semi-solid slurry is the foundation and key of semi-solid processing technology. The sin function cooling method to prepare semi-solid metal slurry is a new type of semi-solid slurry preparation method. Using numerical simulation technique, the characteristics of temperature field of semi-solid 2A12 metal paste flowing through sinusoidal channel are analyzed. The results show that when the low temperature superheat 2A12 aluminum alloy melt flows through the sinusoidal channel, the melt suffers from the form wall quenching nucleation, meanwhile, the liquid flow is restrained by the sine wave and the intense self-stirring occurs.
