2005年全路电务系统针对生产布局调整,界定电务处、电务段两级安全管理和专业管理职责,全面开展整章建制工作,深入开展反违章活动;同时强化信号安全生产维护工作。结合提速安全标准线建设和第六次提速,电务系统启动200km/h区段的CTCS2级列控工程,京沪线电气化改造、青藏线建设、大秦线2亿t扩能改造等重点工程进展顺利。2006年以第六次提速为重点,建立与新的管理体制相适应的电务专业管理模式,坚决杜绝恶性违章作业;落实电务系统应急预案,为开行200km/h动车组,实施列控地面设备的技术改造;还将完成京沪线电气化信号配套改造工程,确保青藏线按期开通,全面建成TDCS,胶济、郑徐、浙赣等线的CTC,青藏、大秦、胶济线GSM-R和电务信息管理系统。
