对塔式起重机回转运动斜拉固支物体进行计算分析,得出塔机回转斜拉时臂架下沉刚度系数变化曲线,进而得出塔机斜拉时钢丝绳张力和起重力矩的变化曲线。分析结果表明:塔机回转运动斜拉固支物体会使钢丝绳张力和力矩等持续增加,甚至倍增,超出塔机结构或吊装钢丝绳承载范围,且吊装钢丝绳张力增加幅度大于力矩增加幅度。通过塔机斜拉模拟试验验证了计算和有限元分析的准确性。指出现场施工不可盲目依赖力矩限制器的保护作用,应严格按照国家强制标准的相关要求操作塔式起重机。
The calculation and analysis of the cable stayed anchor of tower crane slewing motion is carried out, and the curve of the settlement stiffness coefficient of the boom when the tower crane is rotating and inclined is obtained. Then the curve of tension and lifting moment of the steel wire rope during tower crane ’s cable stay is obtained. The analysis results show that the tensioning and moment of steel wire rope can be continuously increased or even doubled beyond the bearing range of tower crane structure or lifting wire rope, and the tension increase of lifting wire rope is larger than that of torque increasing. The simulation of tower crane cable-stayed simulation verifies the accuracy of the calculation and finite element analysis. It is pointed out that construction on site can not be blindly dependent on the protection of torque limiter. Tower cranes should be operated in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of national compulsory standards.
