针对直线超声电机定子驱动头磨损严重的问题,利用大气等离子喷涂技术在定子驱动头表面喷涂了耐磨陶瓷涂层,研究了CeO_2掺杂改性Cr_2O_3-TiO_2耐磨陶瓷涂层的力学性能和摩擦学性能。并采用X射线衍射仪分析相结构,用扫描电镜观察磨损后涂层表面形貌,分析磨损机理。结果表明:涂层只有Cr_2O_3衍射峰,分析认为CeO_2、TiO_2和Cr_2O_3形成了固溶体;随着CeO_2增加,涂层的硬度和结合强度增加;添加4 wt%CeO_2的涂层表现出较好的抗磨损性能。稀土的加入没有改变涂层的磨损机理,涂层的磨损机理为粘着磨损和脆性剥落磨损。
In order to solve the problem of serious wear of stator drive head of linear ultrasonic motor, the surface of stator drive head is sprayed with wear-resistant ceramic coating by atmospheric plasma spraying technique. With the increase of CeO 2, the hardness and bonding strength of the coatings increase. The coatings with 4 wt% CeO 2 show better wear resistance performance. The addition of rare earth did not change the wear mechanism of the coating. The abrasion mechanism of the coating was adhesive wear and brittle flaking wear.
