目的探讨过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿急性期血免疫球蛋白及淋巴细胞亚群的变化及其临床意义。方法选择HSP急性期患儿78例(A组),健康儿童40例(B组),采用流式细胞仪和全自动生化分析仪检查其外周血淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+T、CD4+T、CD8+T,CD19+B细胞)、自然杀伤(NK)细胞、CD4+/CD8+T细胞比值及免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)、补体的水平。结果 A组患儿外周血CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞、NK细胞和CD4+T/CD8+T细胞比值低于B组(P<0.05),CD8+T细胞、CD19+B细胞水平高于B组(P<0.05);HSP患儿IgA、IgG、IgM及补体C3升高(P<0.05)。结论免疫功能改变在HSP患儿发病中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum immunoglobulin and lymphocyte subsets in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) at acute stage. Methods 78 children with acute HSP (group A) and 40 healthy children (group B) were selected. The peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets (CD3 + T and CD4 + T) were detected by flow cytometry and automatic biochemical analyzer , CD8 + T, CD19 + B cells), natural killer (NK) cells, CD4 + / CD8 + T cell ratio and immunoglobulin (IgA, IgG, IgM) Results The ratio of CD3 + T cells, CD4 + T cells, NK cells and CD4 + T / CD8 + T cells in peripheral blood of group A was lower than that of group B (P <0.05), CD8 + T cells and CD19 + B cells In group B (P <0.05), the levels of IgA, IgG, IgM and complement C3 in HSP patients increased (P <0.05). Conclusion The changes of immune function play an important role in the pathogenesis of HSP.
