Therefore, he demanded his ministers have a sense of urgency to increase their pace. He also instructed all government ministries involved in the project to keep him informed of the progress of the work. At the technical mission inspection meeting held earlier this year, Gandhi made it clear that “ministers and government officials are responsible for the success of these tasks, and no one can do so.”
