目的观察在体外兔雪旺细胞(Schwanncel,SC)对视网膜神经元突起生长的作用。方法乳兔视网膜细胞分别接种在培养2周的单层SC和多聚赖氨酸(poly-L-lysine)表面培养,相差显微镜下观察视网膜神经元的生长状态并在培养的24、48小时测量其突起的长度。结果视网膜细胞在SC表面生长活跃,体外培养24小时,神经元突起的平均长度达到(85±17)μm,48小时为(283±27)μm,与无SC共同培养的对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论体外SC对视网膜神经元突起的生长具有明显的支持、促进作用。
Objective To observe the effect of schwanncel (SC) on the neurite outgrowth in retina in vitro. Methods Rabbit rabbit retinal cells were inoculated on the surface of monolayers of SC and poly-L-lysine cultured for 2 weeks respectively. The growth of retinal neurons was observed under phase contrast microscope and measured at 24 and 48 hours The length of its protrusion. RESULTS: Retinal cells grew actively on the surface of SC. After cultured in vitro for 24 hours, the average length of neurite outgrowth was (85 ± 17) μm and (283 ± 27) μm at 48 hours, which was significantly higher than that of the control group without SC co-culture Difference (P <0.01). Conclusion In vitro SC has obvious effects on the growth of neurite outgrowth in retina.
