着重研究了成年枇杷茎段的离体成苗技术．在含不同浓度的ＢＡ及ＮＡＡ的ＭＳ培养基上，枇杷成年茎段对长芽及丛生表现出不同反应，最佳组合为ＭＳ＋ＢＡ１＋ＮＡＡ０．２（单位为ｍｇ／Ｌ，下同），这一组合培养基亦适合于丛生芽的继代繁殖．成年无根苗的生根需要一定浓度的生长素作用及一定的培养时间．
