着重研究了成年枇杷茎段的离体成苗技术.在含不同浓度的BA及NAA的MS培养基上,枇杷成年茎段对长芽及丛生表现出不同反应,最佳组合为MS+BA1+NAA0.2(单位为mg/L,下同),这一组合培养基亦适合于丛生芽的继代繁殖.成年无根苗的生根需要一定浓度的生长素作用及一定的培养时间.
Focus on the adult loquat stem in vitro seedling technology.
