课堂是教书育人的主阵地,是学校教育的主要地点,是教师与学生面对面交流的主要场所,课堂教学是教学督导的主要对象,是教学质量评估的重要内容。通过教学督导发现课堂教学存在专业知识的讲授缺乏深度和广度、组织教学不严谨、育人意识薄弱等问题。针对这些问题,我们开展了以提高课堂教学质量为核心的策略研究,采取了多种形式的反馈与矫正措
Classroom is the main front for teaching and educating people. It is the main place for school education. It is the main place where teachers and students meet face to face. Classroom teaching is the main target of teaching supervision and the important content of teaching quality assessment. Through teaching supervision, we find that there is a lack of depth and breadth of teaching of professional knowledge in classroom teaching, and the teaching of organization is not rigorous and the awareness of educating people is weak. In response to these problems, we conducted a strategic study focusing on improving the quality of classroom teaching and adopted various forms of feedback and corrective measures
