一、问题的提出我厂生产的ZS4SIA喷油嘴针阀体材料为18Cr_2Ni_4WA,热处理后,该材料硬而韧,给磨削加工带来一定困难。特别在磨削(?)1.1~(+0.01)毫米喷孔工序时,与原用材料GCr15相比,生产率下降幅度较大,废品率也显著增加。为了把我厂的喷油咀生产提高到一个新水平,在上海金刚石工具厂的大力支持下,针对生产薄弱环节,试验用金刚粉砂条磨削小孔。经过反复试验和大批量试生产,获得了较好的效果。
