煤炭企业人力资源管理工作中存在着忽视人才价值,造成专业人才短缺;选人观念不正确,导致专业技术人才流失严重;用人观念陈旧,人才配置使用不合理;育人工作不利,人才培训滞后;激励制度不完善,人才薪酬待遇不合理等问题。加强煤炭企业人力资源管理,要更新观念、重视人才,加强企业文化建设、弘扬企业精神,采取有效措施吸引、招揽人才,公开、公平、公正地做好人才使用工作,建立有利于人力资源开发的培训机制和有效的人才激励机制。
