随着现代企业管理水平的提高,绩效考核制度被越来越多的企业重视和应用。绩效考核制度作为企业经营管理的重要手段,在提高员工的工作积极性,激发员工的工作潜能等方面具有十分积极的作用,有助于煤矿企业在在当前形势下提高综合竞争力。本文在分析煤矿企业在绩效考核中存在的问题的基础上,提出了有针对性的改进政策,旨在为煤矿企业的经营考核工作能够提供一定的理论借鉴。
With the improvement of the management level of modern enterprises, more and more companies pay attention to and apply the performance appraisal system. The performance appraisal system, as an important means of the company’s operation and management, has a very positive role in improving the enthusiasm of the employees and stimulating the potential of the employees. It helps the coal mining companies to improve their overall competitiveness in the current situation. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the performance appraisal of coal mine enterprises, this paper proposes targeted improvement policies that aim to provide a certain theoretical reference for the coal mine enterprises’ business assessment work.
