石油企业在人员数量和人力资源上属于密集型,在石油企业的发展中应该注意对人力资源的开发,需要通过培训实现人力资源的进一步增值。本研究以人力资源为中心,在结合石油企业培训工作的基础上,分析了石油企业在人力资源管理方面存在的问题,列举了石油企业培训存在的误区和问题,提供了以目标管理为措施的加强石油企业培训工作的方法,希望能够提高人力资源的价值,进而促进石油企业向更深的层次和更高的目标发展与进步。
The petroleum enterprises are intensive in terms of the number of personnel and human resources. In the development of petroleum enterprises, attention should be paid to the development of human resources, and the value added of human resources needs to be realized through training. Based on the human resources training, this study analyzed the problems existing in the human resources management of petroleum enterprises based on the training of petroleum enterprises, listed the misunderstandings and problems existed in the training of petroleum enterprises, provided the measures of target management We should enhance the training of oil enterprises in the hope of increasing the value of human resources so as to promote the development and progress of petroleum enterprises towards deeper levels and higher goals.
