用~(99m)Tc-MAG_3(Mercaptoacetyltrigtycine)检查了3例有功能性障碍的肾移植病人,并与~(99m)Tc-DTPA 370MBq(10mCi)肾显像作比较,观察到~(99m)Tc-MAG_3肾显像的图像质量比后者清楚.其中有一例的DTPA显像导致错误结论.该病人曾因第一次左侧髂窝肾移植失败而作笫二次右侧髂窝肾移植,检查时血肌酐浓度是2.9mg/dl.用~(99m)Tc-DTPA肾显像示左、右肾计数各占47%和53%;用~(131)I-OIH检查各占29%和71%;用~(99m)Tc-MAG_3 285MBq(7.7
