目的 研究沙眼衣原体 (chlamydialtrachomatis ,CT)感染后 ,输卵管粘膜的结构及糖蛋白的变化。方法 6 0只成年Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组单侧卵巢囊接种沙眼衣原体E型株 ,对照组接种 2SP代替沙眼衣原体 ,分别于接种后第 0 5、 7、 14天取材 ,在光镜下观察输卵管的结构变化 ,并采用PAS Alcianblue染色显示输卵管内糖蛋白组分的变化。结果 对照组输卵管粘膜结构和糖蛋白组分无明显变化 ;实验组输卵管受损部位主要局限于粘膜层 ,PAS Alcianblue染色显示沙眼衣原体感染可导致中性糖蛋白分泌减少。结论 沙眼衣原体的感染可使输卵管糖蛋白组分发生改变 ,这可能与反复感染和宫外孕、输卵管性不孕的发生有关。
Objective To study the structure and glycoprotein changes of tubal mucosa after infection with chlamydial trachomatis (CT). Methods Sixty adult Wistar female rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The ovaries of the experimental group were inoculated with the type E strain of Chlamydia trachomatis, while the control group was inoculated with 2SP instead of Chlamydia trachomatis. The control group was vaccinated with 0, 7, 14 The structures of the fallopian tube were observed under light microscope and the changes of the components of the fallopian tube glycoprotein were observed by PAS Alcianblue staining. Results The tubal mucosal structure and glycoprotein components of the control group showed no significant changes. The damaged parts of the tubal tubules in the experimental group were mainly confined to the mucosa. PAS Alcianblue staining showed that the infection of Chlamydia trachomatis could lead to the decrease of neutral glycoprotein secretion. Conclusion The infection of Chlamydia trachomatis can change the components of tubal glycoprotein, which may be related to repeated infection and ectopic pregnancy and tubal infertility.
