随着我国经济的发展和科学技术的进步,社会各领域对工业工程专业的需求逐渐增加,人因工程作为一门新兴的交叉学科,在工业工程专业得到广泛的运用,并对专业的发展具有重要的促进作用。人因工程是以人的工作优化为目标,对与人有关的环境、设施、作业空间进行合理设计的过程,是一门社会实践性很强的课程。本文分析了工业工程专业人因工程教学模式中存在的问题,并根据现存的问题总结了教学模式改革的几点路径,以供参考。
